I find this poster design interesting because of how the designer merged photography, pencil drawings and digital illustration into one design. This poster takes inspiration from graffiti culture and you can see this element from the messy drawings in the poster. I like the pencil drawings because it makes the poster look unique especially since pencils are not usually used for posters. The designer made it work by blending in the pencil sketches in the background to make it look coherent with the other visual elements that are done digitally.

There are a lot of things going on in this poster, but I think each item is relevant to the theme in the poster. To me, it looks like a story about a detective with a strong mind and time is ticking while he searches for clues to solve a mystery in what looks like. I was able to think about a story because of the pictures used in this poster. I also like the use of  the colour blue to make the whole poster catch your eye since most of it is in black and white.

I like this type of graphic design because it’s such a simple that can still convey a lot of meanings. There are many things that a single person can be thinking about, and it can be a things that so different from each other. This design is an example that shows that idea very well. It’s a stunning imagery that shows a deep dive into a person’s mind. I like the decision of not giving the person colour but the things in her mind. She has a very colourful mind in a world that’s mostly black and white.
